This role is for Angstrom Sports, a proprietary sports pricing and product provider, building intricate, simulation driven pricing and risk systems to support the success of key sports brands across the Entain group. Founded in 2018 and having established itself as a pioneer in player-level, play-by-play simulations and forecasting, Angstrom was acquired by Entain in 2023. We are seeking a Platform Support Analyst to help support, maintain, and improve our core platform and its associated products. This role acts as the primary point of contact for platform‑related support queries and incidents, playing a vital part in ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of our services. The platform operates within a fully cloud‑based AWS environment, providing exposure to modern, scalable technologies. You will work closely with engineering, product teams, and third‑party providers to monitor system health, investigate issues, support deployments and integrations, and ensure incidents are resolved efficiently with clear communication to stakeholders.
