What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of working experience in the digital marketing/advertising technology field, with an emphasis on DSP or Programmatic, 1+ years in a customer-facing environment, Ability to analyze performance data and make compelling recommendations for internal strategy and optimizations, Experience and knowledge within understand concepts and ability to write basic queries that can be used for data analysis and pulling reports, Willingness to learn the technical and functional aspects of DeepIntent's platform, Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript, Desire to work in a rapidly growing and ever-changing environment, verbal and written communication skills, working/communicating with internal teams and external clients, providing white-glove service, Detail-oriented, well-organized, flexible, comfortable working independently, Technical aptitude to learn new technologies
Nice to Have
Knowledge of ad tech/programmatic platform technologies, Data, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers, and/or verification tools.
What You'll Do.
Address production issues/questions
business support within DeepIntent Products
investigate and escalate issues
Troubleshoot all platform applications
Manage incoming platform requests from internal users via JIRA tickets
Write basic SQL queries that can be used for data analysis and pulling reports
Coordinate and assist in Product feedback
assist with functional and technical documentation
