Full Job Description
Location: [Poland] We Are: RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) that uses proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. RTB House offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions to maximize conversion, drive new customer acquisition, create engagement, and fuel long-term demand for a global base of clients. You Will: Monitor and troubleshoot SSP integrations, resolve technical issues, and analyze data to identify trends or anomalies. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure platform stability and performance. Use querying tools (E. g. SQL) to dig into log-level data and support operational improvements. Manage communication with SSP partners, respond to operational requests, and prepare insights for partner reviews. Maintain clear documentation and contribute to smooth, informed collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. Support evaluation and onboarding of new partners. Assess inventory quality and uniqueness, monitor for duplication, and maintain accurate records of supply configurations and integrations. Ensure partner adherence to privacy regulations and internal brand safety standards. Monitor restricted verticals and support enforcement in collaboration with legal and policy teams. Assist with invoice validation, revenue reconciliation, and investigation of billing discrepancies using data analysis and cross-functional coordination.
