Must Have

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments, understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and servant leadership, Demonstrable experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching delivery teams, ability to identify and remove impediments and manage delivery risks and dependencies, Hands‑on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence, Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, Ability to apply Agile metrics to drive transparency and continuous improvement

Nice to Have

Experience working within large‑scale enterprise or regulated environments, preferably financial services, Exposure to Scaled Agile (e. g. SAFe) or multi‑team delivery models, Experience supporting technology, data, or platform engineering teams, Agile certification(s) such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master, Experience engaging with programme‑level governance, delivery, and risk forums

# **Job Description** **Purpose of the role** Facilitates and supports Agile teams by ensuring they follow Scrum principles. To remove obstacles, enhance team collaboration, and ensure smooth communication, enabling the team to focus on delivering high-quality, iterative results.
