We are seeking someone with passion, skills and experience to help our Platform Recovery team strengthen our ability to recover technology services. The Opportunity Reporting to the Enterprise Product Manager in the Enterprise Platform team, the Platform Recovery Lead will play a key role ensuring our technology services are resilient, recoverable and capable of withstanding disruptions. Our Platform Recovery practise shapes and drives our digital recovery strategy across complex platforms, cloud environments, and critical business services. The team collaborates closely with colleagues in engineering, security, service management, business units and product teams to coordinate recovery activities and improve enterprise-wide readiness. You’ll join us on a salary starting from £57,600 per annum (depending on experience), with the potential for an annual bonus. This is hybrid working role, that balances time at home and on site to support collaboration and delivery. There will therefore be occasional travel to our offices within the UK. Who You Are * To be successful in this role you’ll be detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse technical information to translate into structured recovery documentation. * You’ll have proven experience of IT disaster recovery, digital recovery, operational resilience, or IT service continuity. * Hands-on experience with operatio
