Must Have
8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a background in platform engineering, infrastructure, or distributed systems., Proven track record of building internal platforms used by multiple teams and driving cross-team adoption of new technologies., Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted development tools for real-world production services., understanding of prompt engineering, agent workflows, and establishing evaluation and guardrails for AI systems., Experience in technical leadership, including leading cross-functional teams and aligning groups around engineering standards., Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and educate engineers., Data-driven mindset with experience creating and measuring KPIs to increase team velocity., Ability to define and execute strategy, translating a high-level vision into a clear roadmap and execution plan.

owning foundational capabilities including Service-Level AI Agents
AI-assisted incident management
and AI Developer Agents for PR creation and refactoring
responsibility for the AI Control Plane / MCP Infrastructure
auditable interfaces with clear permission boundaries
rolling out training programs (e.g.
Claude Code) and certification frameworks to turn AI into a first-class engineering skill
designing systems with human-in-the-loop controls
and cost control standards
build mechanisms that improve AI systems using feedback loops from code reviews
and developer feedback
