What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related study, or equivalent experience, 8+ years of experience spanning multiple IT disciplines, including systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, integration, Experience delivering architectural documentation and implementation for Saas, IaaS or Software Development projects, Expert level experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure (VPC, IAM, EC2, LBs, AWS Native CI/CD Services, S3), Highly proficient in provisioning AWS resources using Infrastructure as a code (IaC), Hands on experience developing Terraform module, Expert in system level scripting using BASH and/or PowerShell, Knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases, Hands on experience with Microsoft Power Platform – creating automation flows in Power Automate and reports in Power BI, Hands on programming skills in one or more high level languages like Python, TypeScript, Java, C#, Good Operating System level debugging skills, Excellent oral and written communication skills, business acumen, and enterprise knowledge
What You'll Do.
Design and Implement scalable platform
Platform administration and maintenance/operations/troubleshooting
Level 3 platform support and maintenance activities
Contribute to platform architecture roadmap
manage and maintain the software infrastructure that supports platforms
Respond to system health alerts
Recommend future system enhancements
Develop and maintain application documentation
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Architects, Operations, DevOps, Security and other technology partners; Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams; Participate in support rotation, respond to system health alerts, and triage issues alongside helpdesk, managed services, and cloud ops teams
