5 to 7 years of experience as Operations Engineer, Hands on IT Operations experience, Familiarity with banking operations, Understanding of customer journeys, Familiarity with software development lifecycle, Familiarity with testing practices, Basic knowledge of application support, Basic knowledge of incident/problem management, Basic knowledge of process improvement, Exposure to data analysis, Exposure to documentation practices, Expertise in scripting and automation, Knowledge in Azure /AWS Cloud Platforms, Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, Experience with middleware and integration patterns, Knowledge of obse, Strong skills on IAC Tools, Linux/Unix and Windows administration, Exposure to Batch Job Monitoring, Perform incident management, Perform root cause analysis, Perform issue resolution, Ensure system reliability, Ensure system availability, Ensure system performance, Maintain documentation, Maintain dashboards, Maintain monitoring alerts
