The **Platform Engineer Lead** will be responsible for engineering and delivery of end to end system development and maintenance on key Enterprise wide technology platforms. **How you will make an impact:** * Be a doer. Engineer and implement systems that are efficient, scalable, compliant with enterprise standards, and meet functional requirements as part of a Platform. * Collaborate with other teams and Engineers to deliver solutions, but also be a problem solver and independent thinker who doesn’t need all the details laid out for them. * Implement improvements in stability, performance, and scalability across major business-critical systems. * Implement process to reduce barriers and roadblocks in projects, services, and processes in order to operate more efficiently. * Participate in the change request process and coordinates with other teams as necessary. * Help develop and own list of final enhancements and technical requirements. * Develop and define application scope and objectives and participates in the preparation of technical and/or functional specifications from which services will be writt
