Must Have
5+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend engineer, Expert-level proficiency in Python, Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Strong, hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), Container orchestration (Kubernetes), Proven track record of designing, building, and managing CI/CD pipelines for production systems, Experience building or operating Platform as a Service (PaaS) or large-scale distributed systems in an enterprise environment, Familiarity with building applications powered by LLMs
Nice to Have
Experience architecting and building developer tools, IDE extensions (e.g., for VS Code), GitHub Apps, Experience building stateful, real-time web applications using technologies like WebSockets or Server-Side Events, Proven experience designing and building LLM-powered agents and multi-step agentic workflows, especially for code generation or analysis, Professional fluency in Japanese, both written and spoken

Develop the production implementation
