Proven track record in SAP Signavio (or similar Process excellence platforms) for administration, configuration, incident managament and auditing for 6+ years, Familiarity with IT service management (incident, change, problem processes) following ITIL best practice, Experience in designing and owning integration scenarios end to end, Technical understanding of APIs, Proven tracking record of setting up integration scenarios in regulated environment, Experience in setting up data pipelines for analytical purposes such as data mining as well as troubleshooting and monitoring them, Experience in business platform technology platform administration

I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge. ## **Job Description** Takeda is embarking on a multi-year transformation program, with the migration of our current SAP platform to S/4HANA as a fundamental enabler. This program will significantly impact and in many cases transform our business processes. This role will contribute to establishing the foundation for Takeda process excellence through the Signavio platform which will be extensively utilized during and after the program as the platform to design, implement and monitor our business processes. The role will combine a strong focus on SAP Signavio features to drive our process management initiatives and to leverage data engineering insights to enhance decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Be the main technical expert for SAP Signavio (how it works, what is possible, what is not). * Own incidents end-to-end: troubleshoot, restore service fast, and work with vendors/IT teams until fixed. * Own changes and releases: plan changes, test them, deploy safely, and roll back if needed. * Set up, build and maintain integrations (interfaces – CALM, LeanIX, connectors, APIs, SSO/IAM, Joule integration, Walkme) and keep them reliable. * Ensuring integrations result in valuable outcomes. * Set up and own data extractions – BDC, Veeva, Databricks, SAP * Monitor the platform and integrations (health, performance, failures) and set up alerts/dashboards. * Keep runbooks and documentation up to date (how to support, how to recover, known issues, escalation paths). * Work closely with business, data, security, and integration teams to tran
