You own the pipes. When developers ship code, you are the reason it reaches production safely, quickly, and with full visibility. As Platform Engineer, you will take hands-on ownership of our CI/CD pipelines, deployment infrastructure, and release process. You will work directly with the Head of Development to build the tooling and practices that underpin our 12-month roadmap, moving from unstable, high-risk releases to scheduled, low-risk deployments with clear metrics and rollback capability. This is not a reactive operations role. It is a builder role. You will design, implement, and progressively hand off the infrastructure that makes the rest of the engineering team more effective and confident.
