Deel will serve as Contractor of Record and will contract with and pay the independent contractor. The independent contractor will provide services to Greenhouse on a non-exclusive basis, may provide services to other clients, and will be responsible for determining the manner and means of performing the services, subject to the applicable statement of work and agreed deliverables. This engagement is not an employment relationship with Greenhouse. No employment relationship, social benefits, or labor entitlements under Argentine Law 20,744 are created by this engagement. . Through this arrangement, Deel is hiring an independent contractor to provide services to the Enterprise Apps team at Greenhouse. EA's charter is to take toil off every other team in the company so they can focus on the work only they can do. In 2026, we're using that charter to build something more ambitious: an AI-native operating layer for Greenhouse, with internal tooling, agents, skills, and automations that any team can build on, deploy to, and run against Greenhouse's data and tools. We're early enough in the work that the team will help shape what the platform actually becomes. This is the role for the engineer who will provide services related to EA's platform end-to-end. Two things sit on your plate. The first is the surface that lets people across Greenhouse, including engineers and over time non-engineers, build, deploy, and run their own agents and automations.
