You'll dive into researching, designing, and building the internal platform tools that enable other engineers to seamlessly execute functional and non-functional testing for features of all sizes. You're comfortable using these tools to build platforms that help other engineers dig into functional and performance data, find potential bottlenecks, and tune systems. * **Professional Experience:** You have 2-4 years of hands-on experience working as a platform, performance, or software engineer building internal tools. * **AI-First Tooling Strategies:** You can independently research and develop platform features designed to work well with large language models (LLMs).
