What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management within OTT, CTV, FAST, AVOD, or digital media, Experience working with platforms, vendors, or distribution partners in the video ecosystem, Working knowledge of the video streaming ad tech ecosystem, including ad-supported streaming, ad serving, and programmatic monetization, Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical, monetization, and business discussions
Nice to Have
A passion or experience in Asian entertainment content is a plus
What You'll Do.
drive the expansion of our platform and FAST channels across new distribution partners
managing key relationships with existing platforms and technology vendors
Identify and develop new distribution opportunities across OTT platforms
and emerging channels (e. g.
Lead partner outreach
pitch our platform and content offerings
and support deal execution
Support packaging of FAST channels and content offerings tailored to each platform
Manage ongoing relationships with platform partners and technical vendors
Work closely with internal teams (Engineering
Ad Ops) to support integrations
Translate technical and monetization requirements into a clear business context for partners and internal teams
