What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Relevant experience (min. 5 years) in asset, product or operations management, Ability to understand both technical and commercial drivers, Turn insights and stakeholder input into concrete actions, Build business cases where needed, Actively driving decisions and follow-up, Communicate confidently in English
Nice to Have
Ideally within wind energy or a similar technical environment
