Our 250+ people to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next 5-10 years, we’re hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services. A bit about the role As our Platform and Enablement Engineer, you are the ultimate facilitator for our internal teams. Nestled within our IT team, your mission is to turn great ideas into tangible outcomes. You will be our hands-on builder, focusing on reducing technical friction across the business by scaling system integrations, building internal tooling, and designing rapid prototypes. This isn't about experimenting in a vacuum; it’s about enabling safe, scalable adoption of automation and AI to supercharge how we work. By connecting our SaaS products and building robust AI interfaces, you'll help our global team move faster, work smarter, and make an even bigger impact. If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in Bridging the AI Gap: Built a high-fidelity prototype that allowed our team to safely test a new LLM framework within our secure internal infrastructure. Orchestrating APIs: Audited our existing internal tools and removed a major workflow bottleneck by designing a cleaner, more robust API connection between Slack,
