Based in Bangalore and operating within a global, 24x7 support model, you will manage key platforms including Informatica, Snowflake, Control-M, Collibra, and related tools — ensuring the stability, security, and continuous health of the systems that underpin JLL's data operations. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** • Perform daily administration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise data platforms including Informatica, Snowflake, Collibra, and Solix. • Create, manage, and troubleshoot job schedules, calendars, and dependencies within Control-M to ensure reliability of business-critical processing. • Administer GoAnywhere MFT by setting up new file transfers, managing trading partner configurations, and troubleshooting transfer failures. • Manage user access, permissions, and security configurations for platforms such as Snowflake and Collibra in accordance with governance policies. • Execute and monitor data archiving and retrieval jobs using Solix, ensuring compliance with data retention policies. • Support data modeling activities by managing Erwin licenses, assisting with model versioning, and publishing to the repository. • Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python and sh
