Must Have

5+ years of experience in cloud platform engineering, SRE, and/or related roles, 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes at scale (Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)/ Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)/ Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)), cluster lifecycle automation, and runtime tooling, 5+ years of experience with IaC (Terraform, Terraform modules, Helm, operators), admission controllers (Open Policy Agent (OPA)/Gatekeeper or webhooks), and policy-as-code practices, 3+ years in a technical leadership and/or people management role, Experience contributing code, IaC, and/or design artifacts, Experience taking prototypes/PoCs to production-grade solutions and enabling downstream teams to operate them, Experience working cross-functionally with architecture, security, operations, and DevEx teams, Experience with prioritization, stakeholder management, release gating, and risk mitigation

Platform Acceleration Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a **Platform Acceleration Manager** to join the team in**Seattle, WA; North Charleston, SC; Chicago, IL; El Segundo, CA; Mesa, AZ; San Diego, CA; Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO.** The Platform Acceleration Manager will lead the Platform Acceleration team: a cross-functional rapid-innovation team responsible for designing, prototyping, and productizing the enterprise runtime platform (golden cluster profiles, lifecycle automation, and runtime security baselines). You will own the Platform Acceleration (PA) roadmap, coordinate Proof of Concept (PoC) to production delivery, and partner with Cloud Strategy, Cloud Architecture, Foundations, Developer Experience (DevEx), and Runtime Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure innovations are validated, documented, and handed off for long-term operation.
