What They're Looking For.
Must Have
A full manual UK driving license, Literacy and numeracy skills sufficient to accurately and comprehensively complete job tickets, time sheets and other associated information., Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and how it impacts on the way building repairs are carried out.
Nice to Have
City and Guilds Advanced Craft Certificate in plastering or equivalent NVQ Level2 or higher
What You'll Do.
Carry out all types of plastering repairs
Complete a repair where practicable in one visit
Keep records such as required
Undertake measurement and quantification
Procure materials requirements
Carry out work with a high regard to customer care
Protect tenants furniture and belongings
Carry out appropriate risk assessments
