Must Have
High School Graduate or equivalent, Citizen or Work Visa, Minimum age of 18, Two years of technical work experience OR One year continued technical education/training beyond high school (Mechanical, Shop, Electrical, Computer, Design, Architect, etc.) OR Completed four- year college degree.
What You'll Do.
Operate high-speed making
packing and other production related equipment
Operate as a refinery or deodorizer technician in the process department
Operate essential material handling equipment (forklift
Perform the necessary physical activity for purposes of operating

Use basic hand tools and power tools
Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on basic equipment components
Develop and analyze data using basic skills in math and statistics
Operate a computer to input data

Maintain a clean work area and utilize Good Manufacturing Practices by following all quality specifications and performing quality inspections
Keep and maintain accurate records and data
Know and use terminology and functions of machine components
Maintain a good attendance record
Read and comprehend high school level material as well as technical training materials on various equipment operations
Work the same schedule as a team either rotating or straight shifts that are 8 or 12 hours in duration and 5 to 7 days per week
Work consistently with a team and demonstrate effective leadership and team skills
