3-5 years plant leadership experience, 3-5 years warehouse leadership experience, 3-5 years operations leadership experience, Mechanical aptitude, Hands-on problem-solving skills, Familiarity with OSHA standards, Familiarity with regulatory compliance, Proven ability to improve processes, Proven ability to lead teams, Ability to work weekends, Ability to work holidays, Ability to work flex hours, Physically able to lift up to 55 lbs, Push/pull carts up to 300 lbs, Extended standing required, Occasional confined space work
Nice to Have
Experience in waste management, Experience in logistics, Experience in manufacturing, Background in process improvement, Background in cost-saving initiatives
What You'll Do.
Train operations crew

Lead assurance training
Maintain compliance with OSHA

Troubleshoot inefficiencies
