What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years experience in RNG, landfill gas, biogas, midstream gas, or industrial process operations, Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial environment, Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and process systems, Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems, Valid driver’s license, Ability to work in field and industrial environments

Experience managing budgets and cost control
What You'll Do.
Manage site-level P&L
Oversee daily operations
Monitor and drive KPIs
Ensure production targets are met
Act as primary liaison with landfill management
Coordinate gas-chasing strategies
Oversee maintenance programs
Ensure proper use of CMMS
Manage critical spares
Coordinate major repairs
Enforce company safety programs
Ensure compliance with permits
Support reporting requirements
Lead incident investigations
Manage third-party contractors
Ensure contractor safety
Review scopes of work
Approve contractor invoices
Participate in design reviews
Evaluate and implement changes
Review third-party engineering deliverables
Supervise and develop site operators
Promote multi-skilled workforce
