Follow chiller operation
Follow hot water boilers operation
Follow MVSG operation
Follow Desalination plants operation
Follow STP plants operation
Report abnormalities to engineering managers
Execute preventive maintenance of all equipment
Inspect air-conditioning units
Perform maintenance on heating and cooling units
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
Install thermostatic controls
Replace thermostatic controls
Repair thermostatic controls
Calibrate thermostatic controls
Inspect pressure of liquids and vapor
Observe pressure of liquids and vapor
Inspect refrigeration equipment
Service refrigeration equipment
Maintain chilled water supply systems
Maintain hot water supply systems
Assist in providing preventive maintenance
Update appropriate logs
Clean all stations in Engineering
Maintain a neat department
Maintain an organized department
Assist Shift engineers on major shut downs
Maintain logs for all work performed
Record into PM charts
Record pressures in heating and cooling plant
