Able to read and interpret scale weights

Follow directions given by the lead or manager

Assist in maintaining a safe environment

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Lead or Preform Manager

The **Paint Operator** is responsible for efficient production operations in one or more of the following areas: Podium, Fill Line, Cut-In, and/or Set-Up to meet standards **Here’s how you will make an impact:** * Understand and execute production including and not limited to color mixes, batch tickets, PLC programing screens, blend tanks, totes, stacking, forklift operations, packaging, shipping and receiving. * Operate respective machinery according to the operation manual, best practices and directions provided. * Execute proper settings, calibrations, troubleshooting, maintenance, quality and production output of the equipment. * Assist with pulling respective samples from each mix for lab testing. * Able to read and interpret scale weights. * Follow directions given by the lead or manager. * Assist with maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. * Remain abreast of departmental and procedur
