What You'll Do.
efficient production operations in one or more of the following areas: Podium
and/or Set-Up to meet standards
Understand and execute production including and not limited to color mixes
PLC programing screens
shipping and receiving
Operate respective machinery according to the operation manual
best practices and directions provided
Execute proper settings
quality and production output of the equipment
Assist with pulling respective samples from each mix for lab testing
Able to read and interpret scale weights
Follow directions given by the lead or manager
Assist with maintaining a clean and orderly work environment
Remain abreast of departmental and procedure changes and maintain pace with updated technology
Comply with all company policies and guidelines
Assist in maintaining a safe environment
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Lead or Preform Manager

The **Paint Operator** is responsible for efficient production operations in one or more of the following areas: Podium, Fill Line, Cut-In, and/or Set-Up to meet standards **Here’s how you will make an impact:** * Understand and execute production including and not limited to color mixes, batch tickets, PLC programing screens, blend tanks, totes, stacking, forklift operations, packaging, shipping and receiving. * Operate respective machinery according to the operation manual, best practices and directions provided. * Execute proper settings, calibrations, troubleshooting, maintenance, quality and production output of the equipment. * Assist with pulling respective samples from each mix for lab testing. * Able to read and interpret scale weights. * Follow directions given by the lead or manager. * Assist with maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. * Remain abreast of departmental and procedur
