Must Have
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution required, At least one year of manufacturing experience required, Possess a high level of technical aptitude with the ability to learn and multi-task, Experience using various power tools, Mechanical aptitude and knowledge, Technical knowledge to operate equipment, Ability to work in fast paced environment, Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include rotating shifts - days / nights, Must be able to work weekends as production schedule increases by clients, Must be able to work a 12 hour shift while standing most of the time, Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when performing job tasks, Must be able to learn and drive forklift, Must be able to report to work on time and have reliable transportation, Wonderlic Assessment required in the following categories: A minimum score of 45, Shift work plus availability for overtime will be required
Nice to Have
2 years of manufacturing experience preferred, two years of equivalent college training/technical certification preferred
