2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 2 Years – Experience in Position, Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field

4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 4 Years – Experience working in Position, 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects, Master's Degree in Business Management or related field
What You'll Do.
Ensure quality assurance throughout production
Liaison between Supply Chain planning and replenishment
Ensure optimal production plan
Develop cost-effective measurements for performance
Manage changes in production plan and ensure alignment
Ensure RM and FG inventories are updated
Ensure proper injection & batching liquid consumption
Ensure proper FG systematic completions and reconciliations
Report out and reconcile RM or FG discrepancies
Develop action plan for scorecard performance
Assist in audits of inventory processes
Support plant continuous improvement processes

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Liaison between the Supply Chain planning and raw material replenishment teams; Manage changes in the production plan and ensure all plant team members are aligned; collaboration with all plant management team and HQ to drive process improvement
Communication Scope
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Communicates clearly and promptly up, down, and across; Communicates effectively to manage expectations
