4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 4 Years – Experience working in Position, 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects, Master's Degree in Business Management or related field
What You'll Do.
Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process
Liaison between Supply Chain planning and raw material replenishment
Ensure optimal production plan
track raw material deliveries
Develop cost-effective measurements to track performance
Manage changes in the production plan
Ensure RM and FG inventories are updated
Ensure proper injection & batching liquid consumption
Ensure proper FG systematic completions
Report out and assist in reconciling RM or FG discrepancies
Develop action plan to address scorecard performance
Assist in audits of inventory processes
Support plant continuous improvement processes
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Liaison between the Supply Chain planning and raw material replenishment teams; collaboration with all plant management team and HQ to drive process improvement; Impart these tools to the work teams as appropriate; Communicates clearly and promptly up, down, and across
