Must Have

Manage recycling and post-collections operations
Oversee operations staff
Manage staff including hiring and training
Implement and execute business plans
Drive functional plans to achieve budget
Lead recycling and post-collections operations
Monitor recycling contract and permit compliance
Coordinate commodity production
Develop sales strategies for commodities
Oversee safety and accident prevention programs
Ensure compliance with all standards
Approve expenses and manage budget
Develop a best-in-class team and workplace culture
Build and maintain relations with government groups

Work with General Manager and other managers; Build and maintain effective relations with government, community and environmental groups
