Safe and compliant delivery of plant modifications; Effective lifecycle management of all assigned PMPs; Quality and completeness of PMP documentation and reviews; Stakeholder engagement and SME coordination; Adherence to governance and modification control processes

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Demonstrated experience in PMP management, Completion of PMP-related training, PMP Awareness (EL0114), PMP Management & Categorisation (S0751F), PMP Manager Training (MG0422), Environmental Awareness (EL0160), COMAH Awareness (FB0060), Evidence of completing Configuration Change Control (CCC) e-learning, Proven attendance and presentation at PMP committees, Demonstrated experience managing PMP closeout, Competence assessed through SQEP process with periodic reassessment, Experience in successfully passing a PMP SQEP interview
What You'll Do.
Lead and coordinate PMP Managers
Provide direction on PMP prioritisation
Ensure alignment with organisational governance
Manage PMPs through their full lifecycle
Ensure timely and compliant progression of all PMPs
Maintain a structured PMP tracker
Ensure effective preparation
and closeout of plant modifications
Ensure compliance with Site Licence Condition 22
Ensure compliance with SLP 1.02.14
Conduct internal PMP reviews
Ensure all required assessments
and SME inputs are captured
Support and ensure adherence to CCC process
Engage with Subject Matter Experts
Interface closely with PMP Coordinator
Interface closely with Project Managers
Interface closely with Construction Teams
Interface closely with Design and Engineering teams
Interface closely with Operations
Interface closely with Safety Case representatives
Lead and present PMPs at committee meetings
Attend weekly construction meetings
Attend weekly design meetings
Attend weekly project meetings
Lead weekly PMP team meetings
Lead weekly reporting meetings
Attend monthly PMP governance meetings
Attend monthly presentation meetings
Lead monthly planning meetings
Ensure PMP activities are reflected within P6 schedule
Provide clear status reporting
Provide risk visibility
Provide recovery actions
Ensure all modifications consider safety case implications
Ensure all modifications consider environmental impacts
Ensure all modifications consider design intent
Ensure all modifications consider plant performance
Identify and escalate risks associated with plant modifications
Ensure safe implementation of modifications
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate PMP Managers and support personnel; Act as the senior interface for PMP-related matters; Engage with Subject Matter Experts across engineering, safety case, environmental, and operations; Interface closely with PMP Coordinator, Project Managers, Construction Teams, Design and Engineering teams, Operations and Safety Case representatives; Collaborative approach with effective stakeholder engagement
Communication Scope
Stakeholder engagement and communication skills; Present PMPs at committee and governance meetings; Effective engagement with SMEs
Process & Methodology
Leadership and coordination of Plant Modification Proposals (PMPs), PMP delivery from initiation through to closeout, Integration with project controls, PMP lifecycle management, PMP prioritisation, PMP workload management, PMP lifecycle management, PMP tracker maintenance, Monitoring progress against key milestones, Planning meetings to update P6 programme, Ensure PMP activities are reflected within P6 schedule, Aligned with project milestones, Status reporting, Risk visibility, Recovery actions
