What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Demonstrated experience in PMP management, Completion of PMP-related training, PMP Awareness (EL0114), PMP Management & Categorisation (S0751F), PMP Manager Training (MG0422), Environmental Awareness (EL0160), COMAH Awareness (FB0060), Evidence of completing Configuration Change Control (CCC) e-learning, Proven attendance and presentation at PMP committees, Demonstrated experience managing PMP closeout, Competence assessed through SQEP process with periodic reassessment, Experience in successfully passing a PMP SQEP interview

Lead and coordinate PMP Managers
Provide direction on PMP prioritisation
Ensure alignment with organisational governance
Manage PMPs through full lifecycle
Ensure timely and compliant progression of PMPs
Maintain structured PMP tracker
Ensure effective preparation of plant modifications
Ensure compliance with Site Licence Condition 22
Ensure compliance with SLP 1. 02. 14
Conduct internal PMP reviews
Ensure required assessments captured
Support Configuration Change Control process
Engage with Subject Matter Experts
Interface with PMP Coordinator
Interface with Project Managers
Interface with Construction Teams
Interface with Design teams
Interface with Engineering teams
Interface with Operations
Interface with Safety Case representatives
Lead and present PMPs at committee meetings
Attend weekly construction meetings
Attend weekly design meetings
Attend weekly project meetings
Lead weekly PMP team meetings
Lead weekly reporting meetings
Attend monthly PMP governance meetings
Attend monthly presentation meetings
Lead monthly planning meetings
Ensure PMP activities reflected in P6 schedule
Provide clear status reporting
Ensure all modifications consider safety case
Ensure all modifications consider environmental impacts
Ensure all modifications consider design intent
Identify and escalate risks
Ensure safe implementation of modifications

Team & Collaboration
Coordinate PMP Managers and support personnel; Stakeholder engagement and communication skills; Interface closely with PMP Coordinator; Interface closely with Project Managers and Construction Teams; Interface closely with Design and Engineering teams; Interface closely with Operations and Safety Case representatives; Collaborative approach with effective stakeholder engagement
