**Plant Manager | Sorocaba** Estamos buscando um(a) **Plant Manager** com forte perfil executivo para assumir a liderança de uma operação estratégica em um ambiente industrial complexo e dinâmico. **Principais responsabilidades:** ✔ Liderar a operação da planta de ponta a ponta, garantindo resultados em segurança, qualidade, entrega, custos e performance financeira ✔ Atuar como um(a) líder inspirador(a), promovendo cultura de accountability e alto desempenho ✔ Conduzir transformações operacionais e culturais, com Lean como base do negócio ✔ Impulsionar melhoria contínua e excelência operacional ✔ Desenvolver lideranças e garantir pipeline de sucessão ✔ Atuar como bridge com liderança global, conectando estratégia à execução ✔ Gerenciar stakeholders complexos em ambiente multicultural ✔ Liderar projetos estratégicos como transições, expansões ou relocalizações **O que buscamos:** Experiência sólida como Plant Manager (ou posição equivalente) em ambientes industriais Histórico comprovado em transformação, turnaround ou ganho de performance Forte domínio de Lean (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) Experiência com gestão de P&L Inglês e espanhol fluentes _**(mandatório)**_ Experiência em multinacionais e estruturas matriciais Certificação Lean/Six Sigma avançada (Black Belt ou superior) Liderança de grandes transformações culturais
