Develops and maintains manufacturing operations business plans to include all program requirements

Maintain a safe working environment by supporting all company safety programs

and following all governmental regulations

Establishes production and quality control standards

Provides guidance to the development of a manufacturing process plan

including personnel requirements

subcontract requirements

and tooling and equipment needs

Perform all necessary financial functions

and asset effectiveness

Ensure that personnel training occurs in order to maintain an experienced and knowledgeable workforce

and POM policies and regulations

Perform all necessary administrative duties: personnel evaluations

Monitor plant sanitation on a continuous basis

Effectively communicate plant performance in a timely manner with senior leadership and facilitate effective communication at all levels across the Buttonwillow facility

Ensures all established costs

and delivery commitments are met

Manage personnel effectively while maintaining employee morale and adhering to state and federal laws and other applicable regulations

Coordinates manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources

Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational

and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays

Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of shop operations

and retrieving production data for reports

Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives

Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company

and customer policies
