What You'll Do.
Guide department managers in labor usage strategies
Communicate company changes to personnel
Oversee development and implementation of policies
Ensure personnel adherence to policies and standards
Support continuous improvement efforts
Monitor and support safety projects
Consult to develop annual operating budget
Guide management team for efficient plant operation
Review detailed labor standards
Work with HR on policy development
Work with Engineering and Maintenance on downtime reduction
Work with Continuous Improvement Coordinator on process flows
Oversee Cost Accounting on new products costing
Collaborate to identify process improvements
Analyze plant spending
Support R&D in developing new products processes
Analyze downtime data
Analyze manufacturing variances
Oversee preparation of operational schedules
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Team & Collaboration
Cross-functional coordination; Vendor/stakeholder management; Communicate to management and plant personnel; Consult with corporate offices and plant management team; Work with Engineering and Maintenance departments; Work with Continuous Improvement Coordinator, Engineering Manager, and Maintenance Manager; Oversee Cost Accounting; Collaborate with department managers; Work with department managers; Work with management team
