Must Have
5+ years of senior operations management experience, understanding of safety, compliance, and environmental regulations, Proven leadership, team development, and performance management experience, Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational metrics
Nice to Have
Experience in medical waste, healthcare, or other regulated industries, Capital budgeting and infrastructure asset management experience, Background in continuous improvement and change management initiatives, multi‑stakeholder and cross‑functional collaboration experience
