The position will develop processes that will maximize safety, quality and productivity. The incumbent is responsible for driving continuous improvement and optimizing all processes to ensure effective execution and striving for operational excellence as well as coaching a performance-based culture that aligns with the needs of our customers. **Responsibilities / Duties:** * Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our internal and external customers’ expectations. * Report on key performance indicators for production on a weekly basis. * Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. * Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize manufacturing assets. * Cascade strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction that drive results. * Work with Human Resources on processes to reduce turnover and provide ongoing training to improve supervisor skills and overall work culture.
