What You'll Do.
weekly and monthly inventory levels
Execute daily aspects of “Inbound & Outbound” inventory operations
Create purchase orders
Process recycle and destruction loads
Ensure finished goods
raw materials and sub-assembly components are maintained
Process non-conforming material
Verify true time inventory transaction records
Complete Oracle transaction activities
Perform daily audits and maintain Cycle Count program
Compile records by SKU
Validate EBS Oracle inventories against physical counts
Investigate and adjust errors
Report reasons for discrepancies
Maintain and compute inventory balance
Run and prepare reports of inventory balances
Organize warehouse for efficient storage
Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory reports
Identify expired inventory disposition
Maintain product rotation and storage disciplines
Comply to all safety rules and regulations
Maintain high standards for quality

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinates with all involved parties to ensure accurate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMA’s.; Interacts and maintains positive relationships with all levels of leadership.

Communicates clearly and promptly up, down, and across; Communicates effectively to manage expectations
