Office setting outside of production plant, Plant environment includes wet/humid conditions, extreme cold/heat, moving mechanical parts, fumes/airborne particles, chemicals, Moderate to loud noise level, Capable of sitting for extended periods, Able to lift up to 15 pounds, Frequently required to stand, Reach with hands and arms, Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception

Must Have

2+ years relevant experience, Experience being organized, flexible and multi-task oriented in a fast-paced environment, Able to work with all levels of an organization and manage-up effectively, Solid understanding of Human Resources functions and requirements, Ability to deal with and handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact, Written and verbal communication skills, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Demonstrated ability to work well with others in fast-paced, dynamic environment, Respectful, approachable and team oriented while building working relationships and a positive work environment

Nice to Have

Previous Workday/HCM system experience, Bilingual

What You'll Do.

Process human resource documentation

Assist with preparing correspondence

Assist in HR-related compliance audits

Answer routine HR questions

Provide necessary HR resources

Assist with addressing routine workplace concerns

Coordinate and support employee engagement efforts

Plan and execute recognition events

Assist and/or facilitate orientation

Perform exit interviews

Gather employee feedback

Visit production floor to engage employees
