6 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 6 Years – Experience in Position, 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field

10+ Years– Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 10+ Years – Experience working in Position, 6 Years – Experience managing people/projects, Master's Degree in Business Administration or other related field, PHR/SPHR
What You'll Do.
Plans and administers policies
procedures and reporting are in compliance
and selects employees
Conducts new employee orientations
Participates in safety committee
Works with management and senior HR
Assists in investigations of employee relations issues
Responds to inquiries regarding policies
Administers performance review program
Ensures plant is FLSA compliant
Assists management in union avoidance activities
Conducts training when requested
Investigates accidents and prepares reports
Leads monthly “Listening Sessions”
Enters new hire paperwork
Initial review and submission of payroll
