Manage and lead overall plant operations
Achieve plant targets for Safety
Provide leadership to the plant team
Lead and drive plant safety culture
Identify opportunities and problem areas for improvement
review and monitor data or reports
Oversee human capital planning & management
Set improvement targets for KPI's
develop direct reports
Create succession plans
Ensure compliance with safety programs
Ensure compliance with product safety programs
Ensure compliance with fire protection programs
Ensure compliance with Company policies/procedures
Ensure compliance with housekeeping programs
Ensure effective communications for all product associates
Manage process control initiatives
Ensure manufacturing SOP's exist
Lead plant budgeting processes
Ensure execution of plant Cap-Ex
Lead and ensure growth of CI culture
Provide resources for CI
Participate in CI teams
Ensure facility compliance with regulatory agencies
Drive employee engagement action planning
Lead communication to plant associates
Lead efforts at Best Practice sharing
Drive a safety culture and environment
Meet or exceed plant business plan and KPI’s
Deliver on established budget
Plan and utilize manpower cost-efficiently
