What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field), 7–10+ years of engineering or maintenance leadership in food manufacturing, CPG, or high‑automation environments, Mechanical & Electrical Expertise, Project Management, Regulatory Knowledge, Leadership & People Development, Data-Driven Decision Making, Root Cause Analysis, Food Safety

Nice to Have

Experience in FDA, USDA‑regulated or ready‑to‑eat (RTE) facilities, Demonstrated success managing large capital projects and cross‑functional initiatives, Professional certifications (PE, PMP, Six Sigma)
