We are seeking a highly motivated and technically astute Plant Engineer to ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of our production facility in Kwinana, WA. This is a full-time, permanent position (38 hours per week) where you will act as a key site leader—translating complex operational standards into a seamless, high-performance safety culture while securing reliable supply for our critical customers. ## How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? **In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering theory and hands-on site leadership. Your mission is built on four core strategic pillars:** * ****Operational Integrity & Reliability:** **Manage the local site team and partner closely with stakeholders to maintain a continuous, highly reliable supply of quality-assured gases. You will coordinate daily routine maintenance and breakdown repairs with technical staff to meet production targets. * ****Process Optimization & Innovation:** **Collaborate with Facility Managers, Support Managers, and other relevant stakeholders to design and implement plant efficiency programs. You will develop operational standards and KPIs to track plant performance, actively seeking and implementing new strategies to reduce operational costs. * ****HSEQ Compliance & Stakeholder Relations:** **Champion our "zero harm" culture by ensuring all safety procedures are rigorously applied by local teams.
