High School Diploma or equivalent, 5+ years industrial electrical maintenance, Hands-on experience HV, MV, LV systems, Experience with protective relays, Experience with switchgear, Experience with transformers, Experience with motor control systems, Experience with grid interconnection equipment, Experience with grid interconnection practices, Proficient with CMMS systems, Proficient with standard Microsoft tools, Legally eligible to work in USA
Nice to Have
Journeyman Electrician (WA State), Additional training in high-voltage systems, Additional training in protective relaying, Additional training in instrumentation, Experience in combined cycle facilities, Experience with GE 7FA units, Experience with steam cycle equipment
What You'll Do.
Maintain electrical systems

Reporting to the Operations and Maintenance Manager, the Plant Electrician & Controls Technician position is primarily focused on electrical systems reliability across all voltage classes, ensuring safe operation of plant and grid-connected equipment, with supporting responsibilities in instrumentation and control systems. **You will contribute to our team by:** Maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems across all voltage levels, including: **High Voltage (HV):** * Switchyard equipment (breakers, disconnects, bussing, grounding systems) * Step-up transformers and grid interconnection systems * Protective relaying systems and coordination **Medium Voltage (MV):** * 4 kV–15 kV switchgear, feeders, and distribution systems * Large motors, feeders, and auxiliary systems
