Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering, 5–7 years of experience in plant finance and cost accounting, Proven experience in cost analysis, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes, Experience working closely with operations, production, and supply chain teams, Knowledge of cost accounting and GAAP principles, Variance analysis (standard vs. actual costs) and cost control, Inventory management and production cost tracking, Financial reporting (P&L, efficiency reports, cost/kg, sales analysis), Forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning, Advanced Excel Skills, Fluent English
Nice to Have
Exposure to profitability improvement initiatives (EBIT optimization), SAP S4/Hana proficiency, Hyperion proficiency
