Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering, 5–7 years of experience in plant finance and cost accounting, Proven experience in cost analysis, Proven experience in financial reporting, Proven experience in month-end closing processes, Experience working closely with operations, Experience working closely with production, Experience working closely with supply chain teams, Knowledge of cost accounting, Knowledge of GAAP principles, Variance analysis (standard vs. actual costs), Cost control, Inventory management, Production cost tracking, Financial reporting (P&L, efficiency reports, cost/kg, sales analysis), Forecasting, Budgeting, Financial planning, SAP S4/Hana, Hyperion, Advanced Excel Skills, Fluent English
