Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, 5+ years of professional accounting experience, 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership, Knowledge of Accounting software, Knowledge of Contact Management systems, Knowledge of Inventory software, Knowledge of manufacturing software, Knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, use of Pivot Tables, use of analytical tools, Solid understanding of cost accounting concepts, Solid mathematical and analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, flexibility and willingness to work as part of a team, Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment, Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented, building working relationships, building a positive work environment

Provide accounting support

Supervise ledgers and cost accounting

Compile and analyze operating reports

Prepare and analyze unusual items

Set standards for accounting work

Supervise payroll preparation

Supervise inventory accounting

Supervises the maintenance of manufacturing, inventory, and finished goods ledgers and cost accounting activities. Compiles and analyzes operating performance reports. Prepares and analyzes unusual items on financial reports. Sets standards for the conduct of accounting work and required performance and also supervises compliance with such standards. Supervises the preparation and distribution of hourly and salary payrolls, including the maintenance of required earnings, deduction records, and applicable labor performance measure reporting.
