At Sika, the Plant Controller will: * Provide financial leadership at the plant level. * Establish and maintain Gastonia Manufacturing accounting processes, procedures and initiatives * Ensure daily operations are in compliance with the Controller’s Handbook and Internal Control System. * o Act as key financial resource for V.P. of Operations/Plant manager * Preferred Skills * • 5-7 years’ experience in plant and cost accounting • 4-year degree or related experience, preferable in manufacturing and/or automotive industry. • Above average computer skills and experience with SAP S4/Hana, Hyperion, and operation of Microsoft Office programs such as EXCEL and Word • Above average knowledge of Cost Accounting and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles as well as Forecast and Outlook discussions. • Above average critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Familiarity with modern inventory control methods • Good interpersonal and co
