What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, Five years of hands-on accounting managerial experience, Full understanding of accounting and GAAP, Experience in cost accounting, Cost accounting experience, including Bill of Materials, Labor, and Overhead accounting, Prior work experience as a Plant Controller or equivalent in a manufacturing environment, Prior experience working with ERP systems
Nice to Have
Advanced level MS Excel, Advanced level MS Outlook, Advanced level MS PowerPoint skills a plus

Manage and optimize P&L
Manage accounting functions
Perform month-end close
Develop annual operating plans
Prepare financial reports
Drive cost savings initiatives
Support capital evaluation process

Partner with Plant Manager; Work cross-functionally with Sales; Work cross-functionally with Operations; Work cross-functionally with Finance partners; Partner with Operations team
