You’ll oversee the plant’s full financial landscape, from compliance and controllership to operational performance and strategic decision support, while partnering closely with a team of 200 employees and sitting on the site’s Senior Leadership Team. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role where you’ll shape financial rigor, influence operations, and ensure the plant delivers on its commitments. You will report to our, Finance Director - Integrated Supply Chain, a long‑tenured Baxter leader who began her career in the company’s Financial Development Leadership Program and previously served as a Plant Controller herself.
