Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. **Your role at Baxter** As the Plant Controller for Baxter’s Batesville manufacturing facility, you will serve as the senior financial leader for a high‑volume, highly visible operation that produces over $290M in annual output and manages nearly $100M in inventory. You will be a key member of the site leadership team, partnering closely with the Plant Manager and operational leaders to drive performance, strengthen internal controls, and ensure financial accuracy across the full end‑to‑end supply chain. This role blends strategic influence with hands‑on operational partnership, giving you the opportunity to shape financial direction, elevate cost transparency, and improve the financial health of a complex manufacturing environment. You will join a collaborative finance organization that operates within a global matrix, working closely with Baxter’s Finance COE, FP&A, and regional teams.
